Regarding Campsite Usage

  1. Open fires are prohibited outside of designated open fires allowed sites. Please be sure to use a fire pit or similar equipment.
  2. Drones and aerial fireworks are prohibited within the campsite. Handheld fireworks are allowed.
  3. The use of commercial large-sized propane tanks is prohibited.
  4. Please keep a close eye on your children at all times.
  5. Do not sit on or touch stakes or ropes. For your safety, please do not cross over the ropes under any circumstances.
  6. Peering into other people’s tents or approaching guests of the opposite sex is strictly prohibited.
  7. If you bring pets, please keep them on a leash and take full responsibility for cleaning up after them.
  8. Please refrain from any behavior or loud noises that may disturb other guests.
  9. The use of generators is prohibited. Please also avoid idling vehicles.
  10. Please display your admission pass in a visible location at all times. If an admission pass is not shown, the campsite fee will be charged.
  11. Please drive slowly within the campsite (15 km/h).
  12. Do not drive if you have consumed alcohol until it is completely out of your system.
  13. Be cautious of lightning. Although there is a lightning rod nearby, please evacuate to your car if a storm occurs.
  14. When using stoves in tents or cars, ensure proper ventilation and take strict precautions against carbon monoxide poisoning.
  15. Please be vigilant against theft within the campsite.
  16. Our campsite provides space rental only. We are not responsible for disputes between guests, car issues, incidents, theft, injuries from falls, or damage/accidents caused by animals or insects. All use is entirely at your own risk.
  17. Although we take precautions against food poisoning, the campsite is not responsible for any accidents or issues related to food and drinks, including from food trucks. Please contact the vendor directly.

Regarding Garbage Disposal

  1. Starting July 2025, garbage collection is free. Please put trash in bags and separate it into four categories: cans, bottles, plastic bottles, and burnable waste.
  2. Crows frequently cause damage, so do not leave garbage or food outside.
  3. Do not leave used firewood or charcoal behind. Please take it home or dispose of it in the charcoal bin next to the washing area.

Regarding Reception / Check-in

  1. Check-in will not be processed after the designated check-in time. *Designated campsites: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Open campsites: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  2. Please leave the campsite by the check-out time. *Designated campsites: 12:00 PM, Open campsites: 11:00 AM
  3. Reception is open until 5:00 PM. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive later.
  4. If you add tents or cars, you must inform the staff. If there is any discrepancy from the check-in declaration, you will be charged three times the regular fee.
  5. No refunds will be issued for shortened stays or cancellations due to bad weather or natural disasters after check-in.
  6. After the gate closes (6:00 PM – 8:00 AM), entry, exit, or vehicle movement within the campsite is not permitted (emergency vehicles are allowed).
  7. For security reasons, entry is prohibited for sightseeing visitors, non-guests, or accompanying persons not staying at the campsite.
  8. Golden Week and other long holidays are subject to high season pricing. Please inquire for details.
  9. 1 million Dollars Site (designated campsites), there are no restrictions on the number of tents or cars. However, if they do not fit within the plot, please reserve two plots in advance or use the dedicated parking area (for a fee).
  10. Those with large RVs or trailers are kindly asked to be considerate so as not to obstruct the view of other guests.
  11. The standard for large vehicles is approximately cars exceeding 5m in length and 2m in width. An additional large vehicle fee of ¥2,000 may be charged. If unsure, please inquire separately each time.
  12. If a car is added at a open campsite, the additional car must be parked in the dedicated parking area.
  13. Depending on the type, a tarp may be considered an additional tent (e.g., tent-shaped tarps).
  14. The fee covers 1 car and 1 tent, but if you are using an excessively large space, you may be charged for 2 or 3 spaces.
  15. For the safety of the field facilities (lawn, buried objects), entry may be restricted for large foreign vehicles, RVs, or trailers based on large trucks or buses. Please be sure to inquire in advance.

Regarding Facilities

  1. The tap water is deep well water and has undergone quality testing, but as a precaution, please refrain from drinking it raw.
  2. In the event of soiling or damaging the on-site facilities, you may be required to cover the repair costs and business compensation fees.
  3. If the on-site facilities become unusable due to a breakdown or other issue, we will respond as much as possible, but immediate resolution may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
